What is the Bulk Property Owner Program?

Do you own more than 50 properties in Beaufort County? 

The Bulk Property Owner Program (BPOP) supports individuals and/or businesses managing over 50 properties, including Real and Personal Property. Rather than relying on multiple paper bills or emails, this program helps our bulk property owners conveniently manage their property tax bills and pay with ease. 

This year, BPOP is receiving an upgrade through our partnership with AutoAgent Data Solutions, LLC that will streamline the tracking and payment processes.

BPOP customers are asked to:

1. Register with AutoAgent to create an account.
2. Add your properties.
3. That’s it!

BPOP participants can still expect to be sent their property bills. 

As new property tax bills become available, participants will get a notification that their accounts are ready for review in the portal.
